The Crafting & Delivery Journey

How long until I receive my order?
Because every Nijikart item is a unique 1-of-1 creation, we operate in two phases. Phase 1 (The Engine): Your design is programmatically composited within 6 hours. Phase 2 (The Craft): Your item is routed to our global manufacturing network. It typically takes 5–7 business days to meticulously craft your item before it is handed to our shipping partners.
I need a gift TODAY. Is it too late?
Not at all! We offer Instant Hybrid Gifting. When you order a physical product, you can opt for an "Instant Digital" version. This high-resolution presentation arrives in your inbox in less than 6 hours, giving you something beautiful to show your recipient while the physical masterpiece is in transit.
Where do your products ship from?
We utilize a Global Manufacturing Network. Your order is automatically routed to the world-class facility closest to your delivery address. This ensures a lower carbon footprint and faster local delivery.
Will my items arrive together?
If you purchase multiple items (e.g., a custom book and a mug), they may be produced at different specialized facilities. To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Because our "Zero-Burden" automation begins processing your order within minutes, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact support within 1 hour of purchase for address updates.
What if my item is "Out of Stock" after I pay?
We call this Catalog Fluidity. In a volatile global supply chain, our manufacturing partners may occasionally pause certain products (like a specific mug color) without notice. If this happens, we will notify you immediately. You can choose a similar item, or we will issue a Full Refund as Nijikart Store Credit so you can pick something else from our Infinity Shelf.
What about International Customs and Taxes?
For cross-border orders, you are the importer of record. Any regional customs duties or import VAT are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How accurate is the Live Preview?
It is Pixel-Perfect. Our rendering engine uses the exact same digital logic that is sent to the manufacturing facility. The colors, placement, and text you approve on your screen during the personalization step are exactly what will be printed.
Will a human check my spelling before printing?
To maintain our rapid 6-hour processing speed, our system is fully automated. Human hands do not alter your text or photos. We strongly recommend a final "sanity check" of your Live Preview before finalizing your personalization link.
How does the process work?
We use a "Zero-Burden" 3-step process: 1. Buy: Purchase via secure checkout. 2. Get Email: Receive a secure link to provide your data. 3. Personalize: Input your data and see it live. Our "Invisible Engine" handles the complexity while you focus on the creativity.
What is the "Infinity Shelf"?

How does the AI Face-Swap work?
Our AI blends your uploaded facial features into the design’s narrative. Are these mass-produced items?

The Safety Net: Oops! Protection & Returns

I made a typo or uploaded the wrong photo! What now?
Mistakes happen! That’s why we offer Oops! Protection. If you make a mistake, we subsidize the cost of a replacement. You only pay the base manufacturing cost and shipping—Nijikart removes all platform markups and seller profits for your remake. Read more about this in our Trust Philosophy.
What exactly does Oops! Protection cover?
It covers one (1) remake for minor corrections: spelling errors, formatting issues, or a photo re-upload of the same subject. It does not cover changing the product type or swapping to a completely different person/recipient.
Can I return a customized item if I change my mind?
Because personalized items have no resale value, we do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse." However, if your item is damaged or structurally different from your approved preview, we will replace it free of charge.
How do I claim a replacement for a damaged item?
Simply visit our Support Portal within 48 hours of delivery. Upload a photo of the damage and the packaging, and our team (AI + Human verification) will handle the rest.
Is Nijikart a new, unproven platform?

Security, Ethics & Privacy

Is my personal data and photo secure?
Completely. We use bank-level encryption. Your photos are used exclusively to manufacture your product and are purged from our high-resolution processing servers 30 days after delivery.
How is my "Face-Swap" biometric data handled?
In compliance with DPDPA (India) and global privacy laws, we only process facial data for image blending. We do not build "identity profiles" and do not share biometric data with third-party advertisers.
What is your policy on "Copyrighted" characters?
Nijikart is a Safe Harbor platform. We strictly prohibit the use of unauthorized IP (e.g., Marvel, Disney). Such listings are automatically detected and removed to protect the integrity of our marketplace.
Who owns the copyright of the final product?
The Artist retains the rights to the base design, and you retain the rights to your personal photos. The "Composited" result is yours to enjoy, but neither party can use it to create unauthorized derivative works.
