Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy – NIJIKART

1. INTRODUCTION

We want every Nijikart experience to be joyful and stress-free.
As most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, our returns and cancellation terms are slightly different from generic online stores. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

By placing an order on www.nijikart.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. PRINTABLE PRODUCTS (DIGITAL DOWNLOADS)

2.1 General Policy

  • Due to their personalized and instant-delivery nature, printable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • However, we understand errors can occur, and we will work with you to resolve them.

2.2 Reprint / Resend Conditions
We may consider resending or recreating a printable (up to a maximum of three times) if:

  • There was a technical issue preventing you from downloading.
  • The file was corrupted during delivery.
  • There was an error caused by us in the personalization.

2.3 Timeframe
Reprint or resend requests must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

2.4 Customer Responsibility
Please check all personalization details carefully during the preview and confirmation stages before placing your order. If you notice an error after purchase, contact us immediately at hello@nijikart.com or via our official social media channels.


3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINTED & SHIPPED)

3.1 Order Changes

  • Changes can be made within 8 hours of placing your order by emailing or calling us.
  • After this period, the order will move into the printing process and changes will no longer be possible.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible within 8 hours of placing an order.
  • After 8 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.

3.3 Delivery Delays

  • Domestic (India): If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of payment, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
  • International: If your order is not delivered within 50 days of payment, you have the same right.

4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS (RECLAMATION)

4.1 Reporting

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Include clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.

4.2 Resolution Options
If the claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a free reprint and ship it using the same delivery method as the original order.
  • In rare cases, issue a full refund (at our discretion).

4.3 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
  • Refund processing may take 10–14 working days.
  • Partial refunds are not available.

5. DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout before placing your order.
  • They cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
  • We cannot issue refunds for missed discount code usage.

6. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE CONTENT

We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and personalization previews are accurate.
However, colors may vary slightly between on-screen previews and printed products due to screen calibration and print processes.
Minor variations are not considered a defect and are not eligible for returns.


7. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept multiple secure payment methods through our payment gateway providers.
You must ensure all payment details are correct at the time of purchase.


8. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as peak season demand or disruptions (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions).
  • While waiting for your order, enjoy free printable activities available on our site.
