Welcome to Nijikart! We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's our Return Policy to guide you through the process.
1. Printables
1.1 General Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of our printables, returns are generally not possible.
- However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to assist you.
1.2 Reprint Conditions
- Depending on specific agreeable conditions to Niji, we may consider resending the printable by recreating it up to a maximum of 3 times.
- The request for a reprint must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
1.3 Reprint Process
- Before submitting a request, ensure the provided details are accurate during the preview and confirmation stages.
- In case of errors, immediately notify us via email at hello@nijikart.com or through social media.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Order Changes
- Changes to an order can be made within 8 hours after placing the order via email or phone.
- After 8 hours, changes are not possible as the order goes into print.
2.2 Cancellation
- Cancellation is possible within 8 hours of placing an order via email or phone.
- After 8 hours, cancellation is not possible as the book goes into print.
2.3 Delivery
- If an order is not delivered within 30 days (for India) or 50 days (outside India) from the receipt of payment, customers have the right to cancel the order.
3. Reclamation
- Customers have the right to a reclamation if the product delivered is defective or damaged.
- Reclamation must be requested no later than 14 days after the receipt of the product.
- If granted, a reprint will be issued free of charge, shipped with the same shipping option as the initial order.
3.1 Refunds
- Refunds for defective or damaged books are issued under special circumstances at the discretion of Nijikart.
- Partial refunds are not possible. Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original account and may take 10-14 working days to process.
4. Discount Codes
- Discount codes should be applied before placing an order and cannot be used retroactively.
- Nijikart cannot issue refunds if discount codes are not applied before placing the order.
5. Accuracy of Website Content
- We make efforts to keep content accurate, but changes may occur without prior notice.
- Content accuracy does not constitute a valid reason for goods revocation.
6. Payment Methods
- Various payment methods are available when ordering Nijikart personalized children's books.
7. Shipping Options and Delivery During COVID-19
- Delivery times may vary, especially during peak sales periods and due to COVID-19.
- Download freebies, in the form of printable activities, while waiting for your order.
