1. THE HYBRID MANUFACTURING MODEL To provide you with unique, hyper-personalized "Me-Commerce" products, Nijikart utilizes a decentralized, hybrid fulfillment model:

  • Global Manufacturing Network: Most orders are programmatically routed to specialized facilities within our global network. We aim to produce your item at the facility geographically closest to your delivery address to reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.
  • Direct-from-Creator (Maker Mode): Certain specialized, artisanal, or handcrafted items are prepared and shipped directly by the artist or designer from their own independent studio.

2. PRODUCTION VS. TRANSIT TIMELINES 2.1 The Crafting Window & Submission Timeline: Every Nijikart product is a 1-of-1 creation made exclusively for you. Production begins only after your personalization data is submitted via our secure portal. Buyers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to submit this data. If data is not submitted within this window, the order will automatically expire and convert to Nijikart Store Credit, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

  • Standard Items: Typically require 3–7 business days for high-fidelity printing, assembly, and quality control before they are dispatched.
  • Handcrafted/Specialty Items: These follow the specific timeline set by the creator, as displayed on the individual product page.

2.2 Estimates Only: All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Because each item is unique, unforeseen technical nuances or production complexities may occasionally extend the crafting window.

3. CATALOG FLUIDITY & ORDER CANCELLATION 3.1 Stock Volatility: Our manufacturing network involves third-party partners whose inventory and operational status may change without notice. 3.2 Nijikart's Right to Cancel: If an item becomes unavailable or a manufacturing facility is paused due to regional disruptions, Nijikart reserves the right to cancel the order. In such events, the Buyer will be issued a full refund in the form of Nijikart Store Credit, allowing for an immediate alternative selection from our Infinity Shelf.

4. GLOBAL LOGISTICS & "VUCA" DISRUPTIONS 4.1 International Reach: Nijikart ships to customers worldwide. 4.2 Unforeseeable Delays: We operate in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) global environment. Nijikart and its partners are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Regional conflicts, war, or civil unrest.
  • Port strikes, global freight bottlenecks, or carrier disruptions.
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather.
  • Sudden changes in international trade laws, customs regulations, or government-imposed tariffs.

4.3 Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the Buyer is the "Importer of Record." Any local customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are usually collected by the local authorities or courier at the time of delivery.

5. MULTI-PACKAGE SHIPMENTS If your order contains multiple product types (e.g., a custom book and a ceramic mug), they may be produced in different specialized facilities. To ensure the fastest delivery, items may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages on different days.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES 6.1 Delivery Guarantee: We ship to the destination provided by the Buyer at checkout. 6.2 Address Modifications & Dynamic Routing: Address changes are strictly limited to the window before personalization data is submitted and approved. Because our "Smart-Layer" engine dynamically routes your order to the most efficient global facility based on the destination address, changing your delivery location may alter the manufacturing partner. This can result in changes to both the base product price and the shipping fees. Any difference in cost must be settled by the Buyer before the item can enter production. 6.3 Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer, or if it is "Unclaimed" at a local post office, a re-shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer for a second delivery attempt. 6.4 No Refunds for Abandoned Goods: Since personalized items cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds or store credit for packages that are abandoned or returned due to Buyer-side logistical errors.

7. ARRIVAL CONDITION & DAMAGE CLAIMS We take immense pride in our artisanal quality. If an item is damaged during transit, please report it to our Support Portal within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. Once verified, Nijikart will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
