Shipping: Once crafted, it is handed over to our shipping partners. Shipping times vary based on your location, but don't worry—you will receive a post-purchase email with detailed, real-time tracking information as soon as it leaves the facility.

If you make a mistake, we subsidize the cost of a replacement—meaning you only pay the base manufacturing cost and separate shipping, with zero platform markup or seller profit added.

What is covered: It is applicable for minor corrections, including spelling errors, formatting issues, or a photo re-upload of the same subject.
What is NOT covered: It is not valid for changing the name to a completely different person, swapping recipients, uploading a completely different photo, or changing the product type entirely (e.g., swapping a mug for a t-shirt).
The Details: The policy covers exactly one remake per order. To protect our creators, all remake requests undergo a quick AI and human verification process before approval.
