Physical Manufacturing: If you ordered a physical product, your design is securely routed to our artisan facilities. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days to meticulously print, bind, or craft your item.
Shipping: Once crafted, it is handed over to our shipping partners. Shipping times vary based on your location, but don't worry—you will receive a post-purchase email with detailed, real-time tracking information as soon as it leaves the facility.
Not at all! We built our Instant Hybrid Gifting specifically for last-minute emergencies. Whenever you order a physical product, you can opt to receive a high-resolution "Instant Digital" presentation version of your gift. It arrives in your inbox in less than 6 hours, so you have something beautiful and thoughtful to show them today while the physical item is in transit.

Please double-check your spelling and photo crops in the Live Preview before checking out. What you submit is exactly what we print. (But if you do make a mistake, our Oops! 3 Oops! Protection & Returns (What if something goes wrong?)
We understand that ordering personalized items can cause anxiety, and mistakes happen to the best of us! That is why we offer our subsidized Oops! Protection. If you make a mistake, we subsidize the cost of a replacement—meaning you only pay the base manufacturing cost and separate shipping, with zero platform markup or seller profit added.
To ensure fairness, the protection policy has a few guidelines:
What is covered: It is applicable for minor corrections, including spelling errors, formatting issues, or a photo re-upload of the same subject.
What is NOT covered: It is not valid for changing the name to a completely different person, swapping recipients, uploading a completely different photo, or changing the product type entirely (e.g., swapping a mug for a t-shirt).
The Details: The policy covers exactly one remake per order. To protect our creators, all remake requests undergo a quick AI and human verification process before approval.
To claim your remake, simply reach out to our support team with a photo of your item. Further instructions and payment details for the subsidized remake will be communicated to you once you raise your request. Because your item is a hyper-personalized, 1-of-1 creation built around your specific names, photos, and inside jokes, it cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or structurally different from your approved Live Preview, we will absolutely replace it free of charge.
